Our engineers are all Original Equipment Manufacturer trained
and can provide help to users on site or on line.
Our engineers have a vast wealth of experience working with
many telephone systems. Please contact us to discuss any difficulties
you may be experiencing. If required we can provide annual maintenance
contracts designed around your system, giving you reassurance
in the knowledge that our engineers are only a phone call away.

Eastern Telephones is first and foremost
a service company and the company has been built around providing
our customers with an efficient response to problems when they
arise. We believe we are unique in being able to offer a customer
'Help Desk' run by Senior Engineers with many years experience.
Consequently problems can often be solved without an engineer
needing to attend site. In the event of you requiring a site
visit we will attend within a specified time period depending
upon the level of service you choose. We cover a wide geographic
area encompassing Eastern England and North London. Please contact
